It is GameStop's 3rd cluster in three years, and the largest: the biggest before this was $22.0M. The last time insiders clustered here, in January 2026 (3 insiders, $22.0M), the stock was 3% higher a month later and 9% higher after three months. In April 2025 (3 insiders, $11.1M), the stock was 12% higher a month later and 5% lower after three months. Two cases are examples, not a pattern. Learn Why insider clusters matter One insider buying can mean many things. Several insiders at the same company buying within a few weeks, with their own money, is rarer, and it is the pattern with the strongest record in academic studies of insider trading. |

How we rate signals High: a validated insider cluster (several insiders buying within 30 days, no sales since), a CEO, CFO, president or chair buying on the open market, or two independent signals on one stock. Medium: a single insider purchase, a short-dated out-of-the-money options trade, or a 3-year positioning extreme in a major market. Low: dark-pool spikes on their own, and everything else.
